| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. All of our prices are displayed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. We will charge your credit card in GBP and if you live outside the UK we recommend you check with your credit card company for details of any charges you may incur for currency conversion. We will display the full price of your order (including shipping and handling) BEFORE you submit your order to us. We accept Visa and MasterCard. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. | Shipping And Handling If you live in the UK: Shipping and handling is a £3 flat rate for Royal Mail. If you require tracking on your parcel, you can select express delivery for a charge of £10. If you live outside the UK: Shipping and handling is a £5 flat rate for conventional Airmail. If you require tracking, you can select express delivery for a charge of £15. | Delivery Schedule Orders within the UK are generally received within 10 business days. International orders are generally received in under 28 days. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. Please note that all delivery times quoted are estimates only and are based on product availability and normal processing and delivery times. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery.
